- 1 cup cooked ham finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed if frozen
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix chopped ham, cheddar, green onions, mayo, and Dijon in a bowl. If too runny, add extra cheese.
Roll puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut into 3-inch squares or circles.
Add 1 heaping teaspoon of filling to each piece. Fold over, seal edges with a fork.
Brush each puff with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly, then serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
