Ham Egg And Cheese Breakfast Rolls
Soft, flaky breakfast rolls filled with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and deli ham, all wrapped in pizza dough and brushed with seasoned butter. Easy to make, filling, and perfect for busy mornings.
Main Ingredients:
- 1 13.8 oz package of pizza dough
- 6 eggs scrambled to your preference
- 8 oz sliced cheddar cheese halved
- 8 oz sliced deli ham
Topping:
- 1½ tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cook eggs in a nonstick skillet until just set. Set aside.
Roll pizza dough into a 10x15-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
Add 1/3 of eggs, cheese, and ham along the long edge. Roll once. Repeat layering twice more.
Finish rolling, pinch seam to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush over the roll.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden. Rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
