  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 milk
  • diced cooked ham
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix the eggs: In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble the bake: Spread ham and cheese evenly in the greased dish. Sprinkle green onions or bell peppers if using. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  • Bake: Cook for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden. A toothpick should come out clean.
