Halloween Vampire Love Potion Fudge
This Halloween Vampire Love Potion Fudge is a rich, creamy, marbled treat that combines sweet strawberry-flavored white chocolate with dark chocolate swirls. With a pop of red coloring and a sprinkle of edible glitter, it looks as enchanting as it tastes—perfect for Halloween parties or gifting.
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3 oz box strawberry gelatin powder
- Red or pink gel food coloring optional
- Edible glitter or shimmer dust optional, for sparkle
Line an 8Ă—8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with half the condensed milk and a tablespoon of butter, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat, then mix in vanilla and strawberry gelatin powder. Add a drop of red or pink gel food coloring if you want a richer shade and keep the mixture warm.
In another saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips with the remaining condensed milk and butter over low heat until smooth.
Spoon alternating dollops of strawberry and dark chocolate fudge into the prepared pan.
Swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect, being careful not to overmix. Sprinkle lightly with edible glitter for a touch of sparkle.
Chill for at least 2 hours until set. Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
