- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Gel food coloring blue, purple, black
- ½ cup white chocolate chips for swirling colors
- Edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until smooth and glossy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Top with edible glitter or star sprinkles before it sets.
