Halloween Antipasto Eyeballs Appetizer
A fun and spooky no-bake appetizer made from mozzarella balls, salami, and stuffed olives—perfect for Halloween parties or family gatherings. These bite-sized “eyeballs” are as easy to assemble as they are to eat!
- 20 green olives stuffed with pimento
- 20 small mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
- 20 slices of salami or pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese for “glue”
- Red food coloring or sriracha for “veins”
Lay a salami slice flat and pat dry if it’s oily. Place a mozzarella ball in the center and wrap it snugly to form a round “eyeball.”
Add a small dab of cream cheese on top and press a green olive (pimento side up) in place for the pupil.
Use a toothpick dipped in red food coloring or sriracha to draw thin, wavy “veins” around the cheese.
Arrange on a platter and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
