Green Bean Stuffing Casserole

Creamy green beans, crispy onions, and savory stuffing come together in a dish that’s easy, delicious, and perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 ½ oz
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1 box turkey stuffing mix 6 oz
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 ⅓ cups crispy fried onions divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce. Stir in green beans and half the crispy fried onions.
  • Transfer the green bean mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Microwave butter and chicken broth until melted. Stir in stuffing mix until moistened.
  • Spread stuffing over the green bean mixture and top with remaining crispy fried onions.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
