Green Bean Stuffing Casserole
Creamy green beans, crispy onions, and savory stuffing come together in a dish that’s easy, delicious, and perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners.
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 ½ oz
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 cups fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 box turkey stuffing mix 6 oz
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 ⅓ cups crispy fried onions divided
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce. Stir in green beans and half the crispy fried onions.
Transfer the green bean mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Microwave butter and chicken broth until melted. Stir in stuffing mix until moistened.
Spread stuffing over the green bean mixture and top with remaining crispy fried onions.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
