Green Bean Bundles With Bacon

Green Bean Bundles With Bacon are crisp green beans wrapped in bacon, glazed with sweet-savory butter sauce, and roasted until golden—an easy, crowd-pleasing side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1  lb fresh French green beans
  • 4  Tbsp melted butter
  • 2  Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1  tsp Dan‑O’s Cheesoning seasoning
  • 1  Tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 slices bacon cut in half (12 halves)

Instructions
 

  • Boil green beans in salted water for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Transfer to ice water, then drain and pat dry.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dan-O’s Cheesoning in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Wrap 5–7 beans with half a bacon slice. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Cheesoning.
  • Brush glaze over bundles. Bake at 400°F for 30–35 minutes, turning pan halfway through, until bacon is crisp.
  • Let sit 2–3 minutes. Serve hot.
