These grape soda cupcakes are soft, fluffy, and bursting with fun flavor, thanks to a splash of Grape Crush and a surprise grape jelly center. Perfect for parties or sweet everyday moments.
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup of Grape Crush soda
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of purple grape jelly
- Optional: Grape-flavored or vanilla frosting sprinkles, edible glitter
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
Mix vanilla cake mix, Grape Crush soda, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat for 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
Scoop the batter into the liners, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Use a small knife or corer to make a hole in each cupcake and fill with 1 teaspoon of grape jelly.
Frost with your favorite icing (grape or vanilla), then add sprinkles or edible glitter.
