Granny's Million Dollar Pie
Granny's Million Dollar Pie is a no-bake dessert with a creamy coconut filling, fresh lemon juice, and a rich graham cracker crust. It offers a perfect balance of tart and sweet, with a smooth, indulgent texture.
- 2 store-bought graham cracker crusts (or homemade if preferred)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1½ cup Angel Flake coconut
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping
In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir until it thickens into a smooth, pudding-like consistency. Fold in the coconut.
Fill the Crusts: Divide the coconut mixture between the graham cracker crusts and spread evenly.
Chill the Pies: Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight to firm up.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip, and sprinkle extra coconut for garnish before serving.
