Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs

Pillowy biscuit dough stuffed with gooey mozzarella, brushed in garlic-parsley butter, and baked to golden perfection perfect for sharing at parties, potlucks, or cozy nights in.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 8-count package Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese each cut into 8 equal parts

Garlic Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for an even golden bake.
  • Separate biscuits, cut in half, and flatten to 0.25 inches thick.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  • Place two mozzarella pieces in each dough round, seal into a ball, seam side down.
  • Brush with garlic butter, bake 8–10 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • Brush hot biscuits with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
