Golden Meat Lovers Pizza Bread
Golden pizza-stuffed bread topped with beef, pepperoni, mozzarella, and herbs—baked to cheesy perfection and served with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
- ½ lb lean ground beef
- ½ tsp dried oregano divided
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
- 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- ⅓ cup thin-sliced pepperoni approx. 2 oz
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef with oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Drain, cool slightly, then mix in ⅓ cup pizza sauce.
Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
Spread ½ cup pizza sauce down the center. Layer provolone, pepperoni, beef, and mozzarella.
Cut 1-inch strips on both sides. Cross strips over filling to form a braid.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan and remaining oregano. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with sliced pizza bread for dipping.
