Golden Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli

A warm, golden stromboli packed with melty mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and Italian seasoning, baked to perfection and perfect for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long side. Pinch the seam and ends to seal.
  • Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and cut 3–4 small slits on top.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve with warm marinara sauce.
