Golden Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli
A warm, golden stromboli packed with melty mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and Italian seasoning, baked to perfection and perfect for dipping.
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long side. Pinch the seam and ends to seal.
Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and cut 3–4 small slits on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Let it cool for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve with warm marinara sauce.
