Garlic Shrimp Creamy Salad
ThisĀ saladĀ is packed with veggies, juicy shrimp, and a creamy dressing that ties it all together.
- 1 lb cooked garlic butter shrimp save the fried onions
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 celery sticks sliced
- 1 cucumber de-seeded and chopped
- 1 avocado chopped
- 1 cup seedless green grapes halved
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine lettuce, celery, cucumber, avocado, and grapes in a large bowl.
Mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, fried onions, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
Toss the salad with the dressing until evenly coated.
Add the garlic butter shrimp to the salad and mix gently.
Top with cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
