Garlic Shrimp Creamy Salad

ThisĀ saladĀ is packed with veggies, juicy shrimp, and a creamy dressing that ties it all together.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked garlic butter shrimp save the fried onions
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 celery sticks sliced
  • 1 cucumber de-seeded and chopped
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine lettuce, celery, cucumber, avocado, and grapes in a large bowl.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, fried onions, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  • Toss the salad with the dressing until evenly coated.
  • Add the garlic butter shrimp to the salad and mix gently.
  • Top with cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
