Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Crispy edges, a sweet caramelized interior, and a burst of garlic Parmesan flavor make it the perfect side dish for any meal.
- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets (about 8 cups)
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2-3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 450°F with a large rimmed baking sheet inside.
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on preheated baking sheet; roast for 25 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic; roast for 5 more minutes.
Spritz with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
