Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Crispy edges, a sweet caramelized interior, and a burst of garlic Parmesan flavor make it the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets (about 8 cups)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2-3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F with a large rimmed baking sheet inside.
  • Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on preheated baking sheet; roast for 25 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic; roast for 5 more minutes.
  • Spritz with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
