Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake is a creamy, cheesy casserole packed with tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta. Baked to perfection with a golden, bubbly topping, this easy dish is perfect for weeknights or special gatherings.
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 2 jars Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Preheat the oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the pasta: Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain, saving 1 cup of pasta water.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well, adding ½ cup reserved pasta water if needed.
Assemble the bake: Spread the mixture in the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Optional broiling: Remove foil and broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley.
