Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized dough balls filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese, topped with garlic butter and Parmesan for a crispy, golden crust. Perfect served warm with dipping sauces.

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

Optional: bacon, pickles, caramelized onions

  • For the dough:
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough cut into 8–12 circles, flattened

For the topping:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up. Drain fat, then season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute, remove from heat, and stir in shredded cheese.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Flatten each dough circle to about 4 inches.
  • Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling in each dough circle’s center. Seal edges tightly and roll into smooth balls, seam-side down.
  • Brush dough balls with melted garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Brush with leftover garlic butter and sprinkle parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
