Garlic Lemon Broccoli Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Garlic Lemon Broccoli Stir Fry with crisp-tender florets tossed in sautéed garlic, fresh lemon zest, and juice. Perfect as a side or light main for health-conscious meals.
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rinse and dry broccoli, then cut into medium florets, keeping some stem.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
Stir fry broccoli in the garlic oil for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp with slight char.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
