Garlic Butter Seafood Crescent

A flaky crescent ring filled with creamy garlic butter seafood, featuring shrimp and crab in a rich, cheesy mixture baked until golden and crisp.

Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat or lobster chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Dough

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

For Topping

  • 3 tablespoons garlic butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions
 

  • Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth, letting it soften slightly if too thick.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F, line a baking sheet, and arrange crescent dough triangles in a circle with overlapping bases and points facing outward.
  • Spread the seafood mixture evenly along the inner ring without overfilling.
  • Fold the dough points over the filling and tuck underneath to seal securely.
  • Brush with egg, drizzle garlic butter, and bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and crisp, then cool slightly before slicing.
