Garlic Butter Lettuce Tomato Grilled Chicken Sandwich is a fresh and flavorful meal made with grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and warm garlic-buttered bread, perfect for quick lunches, weeknight dinners, or light family meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sandwich bread or ciabatta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • Optional: mayonnaise or mustard

Instructions
 

  • Grill or pan-sear oiled, seasoned chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side, rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  • Mix softened butter with minced garlic until smooth.
  • Spread garlic butter on bread, layer lettuce, tomato, sliced chicken, and add mayo or mustard if you like.
  • Serve while the chicken is warm and the garlic butter is soft.
