Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
These Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are soft, gooey, and bursting with savory flavors. Fluffy biscuit dough wraps melted mozzarella, drizzled with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan and fresh herbs.
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks cut into halves
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly, creating space to add the mozzarella.
Place a mozzarella half in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl until well combined.
Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking tray and drizzle the garlic butter over them.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered dough balls. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately while warm.
