Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups
Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are crispy, cheesy, and loaded with seasoned beef—wrapped in a toasted, buttery tortilla. A fast, family-friendly dinner favorite.
For the filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or sliced cheddar
- 6 medium flour tortillas
For the garlic butter:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef. Drain excess grease. Add onions, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–5 minutes until onions soften. Stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
Spoon the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like burritos.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
Heat a skillet over medium. Brush rollups with garlic butter. Cook seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.
