Garlic Butter Baked Scallops

Delicate scallops baked in a rich garlic butter sauce with lemon and parsley, creating a quick and elegant dish perfect for weeknights or special celebrations.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then stir in parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange scallops in a single layer, pour garlic butter over, and bake 12–15 minutes until opaque and firm. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
