Garlic Butter Baked Scallops

- 1 pound scallops
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then stir in parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Arrange scallops in a single layer, pour garlic butter over, and bake 12–15 minutes until opaque and firm. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
