Garlic Butter Bacon Rollups
Cheesy, crispy rollups brushed with garlic butter, packed with bacon and melted cheese—perfect as a crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer.
For the Garlic Butter:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Rollups:
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives optional
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lay tortillas flat.
Brush tortillas with garlic butter. Add bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives. Roll up tightly.
Place on a lined baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush with extra garlic butter. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
Let cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
