Garlic Butter Bacon Rollups

Cheesy, crispy rollups brushed with garlic butter, packed with bacon and melted cheese—perfect as a crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Rollups:

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lay tortillas flat.
  • Brush tortillas with garlic butter. Add bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives. Roll up tightly.
  • Place on a lined baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush with extra garlic butter. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
