Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups Recipe
Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are packed with seasoned beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and tangy pickles, all wrapped in golden-brown pizza dough and brushed with garlicky butter. Perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving as a fun meal!
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup cooked bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced pickles
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup and mustard
Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease, then mix in crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and diced pickles. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
Roll out the dough: Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it to an even thickness.
Add the filling: Evenly spread the beef mixture over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
Roll and slice: Roll the dough tightly like a jelly roll. Slice into 1-inch rounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Let them rest: Allow the rollups to sit for 10 minutes while the oven preheats to 375°F (190°C).
Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Make the garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
Brush and serve: Brush the hot rollups with garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with ketchup and mustard.
