These Garlic Butter Bacon Alfredo Pizza Twists are buttery, cheesy, and loaded with smoky bacon flavor. Made with pizza dough, Alfredo sauce, and a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan, they bake to golden perfection. Perfect for parties, snacks, or an indulgent treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 can pizza dough
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tsps butter
  • 2 tsps garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough: On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12x10-inch rectangle. If using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes first.
  • Spread the sauce: Evenly spread Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
  • Add cheese and bacon: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then scatter crumbled bacon on top.
  • Fold and slice: Fold the dough in half lengthwise and gently press to seal. Slice into 1-inch-wide strips.
  • Twist and arrange: Twist each strip into a spiral and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the twists.
  • Bake until golden: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges. Serve warm and enjoy!
