- 1 can pizza dough
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tsps butter
- 2 tsps garlic powder
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough: On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12x10-inch rectangle. If using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes first.
Spread the sauce: Evenly spread Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
Add cheese and bacon: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then scatter crumbled bacon on top.
Fold and slice: Fold the dough in half lengthwise and gently press to seal. Slice into 1-inch-wide strips.
Twist and arrange: Twist each strip into a spiral and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the twists.
Bake until golden: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges. Serve warm and enjoy!
