Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Recipe
This garlic bread grilled cheese combines buttery garlic bread with melty mozzarella and cheddar for a quick, comforting sandwich that feels indulgent but is simple enough for any busy night.
For the garlic butter:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
For the sandwiches:
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth.
Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices buttered side down, top with shredded cheese, and cover with the remaining bread, buttered side up.
Cook in a sauté pan over low heat for 4–5 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes until the second side is crisp and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot while the bread is crunchy and the cheese is gooey.
