Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Recipe

This garlic bread grilled cheese combines buttery garlic bread with melty mozzarella and cheddar for a quick, comforting sandwich that feels indulgent but is simple enough for any busy night.

Ingredients
  

For the garlic butter:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

For the sandwiches:

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions
 

  • Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth.
  • Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place two slices buttered side down, top with shredded cheese, and cover with the remaining bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook in a sauté pan over low heat for 4–5 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
  • Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes until the second side is crisp and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot while the bread is crunchy and the cheese is gooey.
