Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Recipe
This garlic bread grilled cheese combines buttery garlic bread with melty mozzarella and cheddar for a quick, comforting sandwich that feels indulgent but is simple enough for any busy night.
For the garlic butter:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
For the sandwiches:
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth. 
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice. 
- Place two slices buttered side down, top with shredded cheese, and cover with the remaining bread, buttered side up. 
- Cook in a sauté pan over low heat for 4–5 minutes until the bottoms are golden. 
- Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes until the second side is crisp and the cheese is melted. 
- Serve hot while the bread is crunchy and the cheese is gooey.
