Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese combines two comfort food favorites into one crave-worthy sandwich. Crisp, buttery bread with garlicky herb flavor and melty mozzarella-cheddar filling.
For the Garlic Butter Spread
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
For Assembly
- 4 slices white sandwich bread
- 1 cup 100 grams shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Mix softened butter with garlic powder and parsley in a small bowl until smooth.
Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of bread, buttered side down. Add cheese on top, then cover with the other bread slices, buttered side up.
Heat a pan on low. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
Take them out of the pan, slice if you like, and serve while hot and melty.
