Garlic And Butter Flatbread
This quick garlic butter flatbread is soft, golden, and stovetop-cooked, brushed with fragrant garlic butter. Ideal as a snack, side, or base, it delivers big flavor from simple ingredients in minutes.
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk plus more if needed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Step 1: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl to evenly mix dry ingredients.
Step 2: Add Greek yogurt, milk, and olive oil; stir until soft dough forms. Add milk gradually if too dry.
Step 3: Knead dough on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
