Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey (if using). Stir until creamy.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly mixed.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cups or mini liners, smoothing it down evenly.
  • Freeze for 2–3 hours, or 30 minutes to 1 hour for a quicker fix, until firm.
  • Remove from cups or liners and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
