Fried S'mores Bombs

Fried S'mores Bombs are a crispy, deep-fried take on classic s'mores—gooey marshmallow, rich chocolate, and a graham cracker coating, fried to golden perfection. A nostalgic treat, perfect for dessert or snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 12 marshmallows
  • 12 pieces of chocolate (about the size of a marshmallow)
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. In another, whisk eggs and milk.
  • Skewer a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate with a toothpick.
  • Dip the skewer into the egg mixture, then roll in the graham cracker mixture until fully coated.
  • Heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Test by dropping a small amount of the graham cracker mixture into the oil—if it sizzles, it's ready.
  • Carefully fry the coated marshmallows and chocolate for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
