French Fry Seasoning

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tbsp dried basil
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tbsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

  • Carefully measure out all your ingredients—salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, basil, chili powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Precision helps balance the flavors.
  • Add all the spices to a small bowl and stir with a spoon or whisk until the blend is evenly mixed and smooth with no clumps.
  • Transfer the blend to an airtight spice jar or container. Keep it in a cool, dry spot—it stays fresh and flavorful for up to 6 months.
  • Toss freshly cooked fries with a little oil, then sprinkle the seasoning generously while they’re still hot so it sticks to every bite.
