Forgotten Chicken & Rice

Forgotten Chicken & Rice is a family favorite that’s as easy as it is delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup long-grain rice uncooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • cups water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  • Spread uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  • Lay chicken breasts on top of the rice in a single layer.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup and water in a bowl until smooth. Pour over chicken and rice.
  • Sprinkle onion soup mix over the dish. Cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
