Fluffy Cotton Candy Cheesecake Bombs
Cotton Candy Cheesecake Bombs are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside treats filled with fluffy cheesecake and coated in sweet, colorful sugar for a fun dessert experience.
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cotton candy flavoring
- ¼ cup whipped topping
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Dough and Frying
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough 8 count
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
Cotton Candy Coating
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp cotton candy flavoring
- Pink and blue food coloring
Garnish
- Cotton candy pieces
- Powdered sugar
- Whipped cream or white chocolate drizzle
Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and flavoring, fold in whipped topping and cream, chill 30 minutes.
Roll biscuit dough into thin 4 inch circles.
Fill with chilled mixture, seal tightly, shape into balls.
Heat oil to 350°F.
Fry 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden, drain on paper towels.
Roll in flavored sugar coating.
Garnish and serve immediately.
