Fluffy Cotton Candy Cheesecake Bombs

Cotton Candy Cheesecake Bombs are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside treats filled with fluffy cheesecake and coated in sweet, colorful sugar for a fun dessert experience.

Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • ¼ cup whipped topping
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Dough and Frying

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough 8 count
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Cotton Candy Coating

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink and blue food coloring

Garnish

  • Cotton candy pieces
  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream or white chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and flavoring, fold in whipped topping and cream, chill 30 minutes.
  • Roll biscuit dough into thin 4 inch circles.
  • Fill with chilled mixture, seal tightly, shape into balls.
  • Heat oil to 350°F.
  • Fry 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden, drain on paper towels.
  • Roll in flavored sugar coating.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
