Fluffy Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rolls

Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rolls are soft savory rolls made with cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, and herbs. These quick baked rolls are rich in protein, lightly golden on the outside, and tender inside, making them perfect for breakfast or a wholesome snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs, garlic, and olive oil until creamy.
  • Stir in almond flour, baking powder, oregano, salt, and mozzarella to form a thick batter.
  • Scoop dough into about 8 small mounds on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Cool about 5 minutes before serving.
