Ingredients
  

  • 2 almond flour bagels
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix cottage cheese, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley until evenly combined.
  • Slice the almond flour bagels in half and place them cut side up on the baking sheet.
