Festive Appetizer Wreath
A festive appetizer that combines creamy goat cheese, sweet figs, and crunchy pistachios in an elegant wreath.
- 8-10 fresh figs sliced
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese sliced
- ΒΌ cup pistachios chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh thyme optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange sliced figs in a circular wreath shape on a serving platter.
Scatter goat cheese evenly over the figs. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Drizzle honey generously over the wreath. Garnish with thyme, if desired.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
