Family-Friendly Tater Tot Casserole
A cozy, family-friendly casserole layered with seasoned beef, green beans, creamy mushroom soup, cheese, and crispy tater tots—baked to golden perfection.
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 15 ounces canned green beans drained
- 10.75 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease your baking dish.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Add diced onion, cook 4–5 minutes. Stir in garlic, cook 1 minute.
Mix in Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Spread in baking dish.
Top with mushroom soup, green beans, and shredded cheddar.
Cover with tater tots. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
