Family-Friendly Tater Tot Casserole

A cozy, family-friendly casserole layered with seasoned beef, green beans, creamy mushroom soup, cheese, and crispy tater tots—baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 ounces canned green beans drained
  • 10.75 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease your baking dish.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  • Add diced onion, cook 4–5 minutes. Stir in garlic, cook 1 minute.
  • Mix in Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Spread in baking dish.
  • Top with mushroom soup, green beans, and shredded cheddar.
  • Cover with tater tots. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
