Add cabbage, carrots, and minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked meat. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir this mixture into the skillet with the meat and vegetables.
Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
