Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate easy morning meal! Fluffy scrambled eggs, melty cheese, and buttery slider buns come together in this quick, crowd-pleasing dish. Add bacon or sausage for extra flavor!
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1½ shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: cooked bacon or sausage for added protein
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Scramble the Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until just set and fluffy. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish, covering the surface evenly.
Layer the Ingredients: Spread scrambled eggs over the buns, sprinkle cheese on top, and add bacon or sausage if using.
Top and Butter: Place the top buns over the filling and brush them with melted butter.
