Easy White Chocolate Brownie Pizza
A soft, chewy brownie baked like a pizza, loaded with white chocolate chips and colorful M&M’s. It’s a fun, easy dessert perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M’s plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line with parchment.
- Step 2: Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Step 3: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Step 4: Combine flour and salt, then gently mix into wet ingredients until just blended.
- Step 5: Fold in white chocolate chips and 1 cup M&M’s evenly.
- Step 6: Spread batter in pan and bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick shows moist crumbs.
- Step 7: Cool completely, then top with extra M&M’s for color and crunch.
