Prepare the meat topping by cooking ground beef with onion, bell peppers, parsley, tomato paste, tomato, and seasonings. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 495°F (or as high as it goes) and heat for at least 1 hour.
Use a thin cutting board dusted with cornmeal for easy transfer of the pide. Roll the dough thin and shape it like a boat.
Add the meat topping or your preferred toppings like mozzarella, Akawai cheese, or sujuk.
Brush the edges of the pide with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds if desired, and transfer it to the oven.
Bake for 8-14 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
Once baked, brush with melted butter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
