Bake tater tots as directed until crispy. Set aside.
In an oven-safe skillet, sauté ground beef and chopped onion in olive oil for 6–8 minutes until browned.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
Mix in tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Layer baked tots over the beef mixture.
Sprinkle cheddar on top and broil 1–2 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Let rest briefly, then serve warm with generous scoops.
