Roasted Brown Butter Honey Garlic Carrots are tender, caramelized carrots coated in a rich, nutty butter sauce with sweet honey and savory garlic, roasted to golden perfection for an easy and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds large carrots peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C.
  • Melt butter, cook until golden and nutty, about 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in honey and garlic.
  • Peel, cut carrots, toss with sauce.
  • Spread on tray, season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil, bake 10 minutes.
  • Uncover, bake 5 to 10 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • Garnish with parsley, serve warm.
