- 2 pounds large carrots peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
- ½ cup butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C.
Melt butter, cook until golden and nutty, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in honey and garlic.
Peel, cut carrots, toss with sauce.
Spread on tray, season with salt and pepper.
