Easy Pizza Chips
Crispy, cheesy, and packed with classic pizza flavor, these baked Pizza Chips are the ultimate low-carb, gluten-free snack. Made with mozzarella, Parmesan, and your favorite toppings, they’re ready in under 15 minutes and perfect for dipping or snacking anytime.
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese low-moisture recommended
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
- ½ cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara optional for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
Drop a tablespoon of the mixture onto the sheet, flatten slightly, and space each about 2 inches apart.
Add mini pepperoni or your favorite toppings, pressing them gently into the cheese.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly, then let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a rack to crisp.
Serve warm or at room temperature with marinara, garlic butter, or ranch for dipping.
