- Butter ½ cup melted
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Canned sliced peaches 15 oz drained
Preheat oven to 350°F or 175°C
Pour melted butter into an 8×8 inch baking dish and coat the bottom evenly
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk until just combined without overmixing
Pour batter over butter without stirring and let it settle
Add drained peach slices evenly on top without mixing
