Easy Peach Cobbler

A classic baked dessert made with buttery batter and sweet peaches, creating a golden crust with a soft, juicy center.

Ingredients
  

  • Butter ½ cup melted
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Canned sliced peaches 15 oz drained

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F or 175°C
  • Pour melted butter into an 8×8 inch baking dish and coat the bottom evenly
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk until just combined without overmixing
  • Pour batter over butter without stirring and let it settle
  • Add drained peach slices evenly on top without mixing
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown with slightly crisp edges
  • Let cool slightly before serving so it sets while staying warm
