Easy Peach Cobbler

This Easy Peach Cobbler uses just a handful of ingredients to create a golden, bubbly dessert full of flavor. Made with canned peaches and a simple batter, it's a comforting classic perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

For the Cobbler Base:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 15 oz can sliced peaches (with juice)
  • ½ cup 1 stick butter, melted (optional but recommended)

For the Topping:

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 300°F (150°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish. Pour in melted butter, if using.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and milk until smooth and pourable.
  • Pour the batter into the dish over the butter—do not stir. Spoon the canned peaches with their juice evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for 35 minutes. Halfway through, sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake until golden and bubbling.
  • Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
