Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup for glazing bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake bacon on a foil-lined sheet for 15 minutes until partially cooked.
  • Mix brown sugar and ¼ cup maple syrup. Brush over bacon, bake 15 more minutes until crispy and caramelized.
  • Let bacon cool, then chop. Reserve half for topping. Lower oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Unroll cinnamon rolls, add bacon, re-roll, and place in a greased round pan. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
  • Stir 1 tablespoon maple syrup into the included icing.
  • Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and top with remaining bacon. Serve immediately.
