Easy Homemade Dumplings

Who knew making Dumplings at home could be this easy?

Ingredients
  

Dumplings:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 10 pcs shrimp optional
  • 1 whole carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 packs dumpling wrappers

Chili sauce:

  • 4 bulbs garlic
  • 10 red chilies
  • 2 cups oil

Dumpling sauce:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chili oil
  • 2 tbsp green onions

Instructions
 

  • Blend pork, shrimp, carrot, onions, and garlic in a blender until finely minced.
  • Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, and cornstarch to the mixture. Mix well.
  • Spoon filling onto each dumpling wrapper and fold to seal the edges.
  • Steam or pan-fry the dumplings until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
  • For chili sauce, blend garlic and chilies, then cook in oil over low heat until fragrant.
  • For dumpling sauce, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, chili oil, and green onions.
