Easy Cheesy Garlic Bombs

These are soft, buttery biscuits stuffed with gooey cheese and bursting with garlic flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuit Grands 8 count
  • 2 sticks salted butter divided
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6-7 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella shredded
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grease a cast iron pan with 2-4 tbsp butter.
  • Separate biscuits into 16 thinner layers.
  • Melt 1.5 sticks butter; mix with garlic, honey, and seasonings.
  • Brush biscuits with butter mixture, add cheese, fold into balls.
  • Place in the pan, close together; top with remaining butter and cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Serve hot!
