Easy Cheesy Garlic Bombs
These are soft, buttery biscuits stuffed with gooey cheese and bursting with garlic flavor.
- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuit Grands 8 count
- 2 sticks salted butter divided
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6-7 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 cups Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella shredded
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Grease a cast iron pan with 2-4 tbsp butter.
Separate biscuits into 16 thinner layers.
Melt 1.5 sticks butter; mix with garlic, honey, and seasonings.
Brush biscuits with butter mixture, add cheese, fold into balls.
Place in the pan, close together; top with remaining butter and cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Serve hot!
